顾老师，手上一部松下xp7原装的电池盒电路板上一个原件买来就被剪断了，想问下这个三极管是什么型号或者那些那些可以替换它，谢谢

I have no idea about this. You can measure it's a PNP or NPN transistor and find a easy replacement like S8050 for NPN and S8550 for PNP.
