The 37pin of the servo CXA1272 should be 3.5V. Pls follow the trace on the PCB to locate whether there is any via corrosion/broken. You replaced most of the SMT caps but all blackened vias should be taken care of.

老师好，我测量了过孔都是通的，但是刚才发现有个脚的电压经过过孔后变低了300mv左右，我飞线过去就好了，请问发黑的过孔需要怎么处理啊，我只是拿洗板水清洗了，然后测量是否通断，都是通的我就把贴片电容都焊上去了。
