The issue is caused by IC202 which has input audio but nothing outputs. After replacing the IC202 which is a BA4560 by a TL072, the sound comes out in line out but earphone still has no output. After checking the volume resistor, it's found broken. I tried repairing but to avoid bring other issues in the future, I replaced it by an identical one. Now the earphone is working!
