Standard service is $160 plus $17 USPS Priority US return shipping.
International shipping will be calculated separately.
Service included in this price:
capacitors' replacement, PCB clean and repair,
main motors' replacement, including MABUCHI RF410 for SONY D303/35/66/515, RF300C for D555/D9/D99/D33
Lcd screen repair for D88 lacks of some segments, LCD for D10/D15/D25/D25 excluded
electrical circuit adjustment and repair,
mechanical maintenance and lubrication.
Laser heads service:
1: Laser heads' replacement, including SONY KSS167/220/221 and SANYO SF89S will charge extra $100.
2: Some laser heads cannot be found, we'll re-build the lasers by new diodes and perform precise alignment like PHILIPS AZ6808/19/26 and TOSHIBA P20/21/22. For this item, we'll charge $160 extra.
3: Dead BP2/BP2EX, BP100 and BP200 are repairable.
BP2/BP2EX are upgraded by 3.7V1000mA Li-Ion cell $69 each.
BP100: 7.4V2200mAh Li-ion cell, $120 each, will power a D10 6-7hrs;
BP200: 7.4V4000mAh Li-ion cell, $160 each, will power a D10 10-12hrs.
For common issues, repair will last around 2-3 days.
We provide warranty of 90 days to our service.
