Toshiba XR-P20 is difficult to play

I own a Toshiba XR-P20 music player, bought from ebay. The situation I encountered was: When I put in the disc, the motor spins and receives the disc very quickly, displaying all the songs. But when I press the "PLAY" button, the screen shows "track 01", the disc will spin but immediately the screen displays "track 00", the engine keeps spinning and displays the total number of songs as at the beginning. . .
      Just press more than 10 times continuously, there will be 1 success and play hard without any problem. When playing, if you press forward or backward, you will return to the song "00". I changed the same laser receiver from the XR-P55 or XR-9437 working machine and it still has the same conditions. Please help me! What is the problem with my device? What parts should be inspected and replaced?

Did you replace all leaking caps in the power circuit which is located in the iron box.
