I just bought a Sony Discman D-10, it didn't turn on and I had a headache when I started to learn about it. Does it have a servo board (Figure 1) that is completely different from what I have (Figure 2)? Therefore I could not fix it because it was not the same as the Schematic that I downloaded. Can someone explain help me with this difference?Figure 1:

You're right. It has 2 versions. The service manual has also 2 versions.

My SONY D-10 works, but there's no sound in the line out and headphones out! I checked and found the negative -5v is not coming to the DAC. Check IC 401 TL1451A with pin 7 (3V) ???, pin 3 (1.4V), 4 (2.2v), 5 (0.9v) ???, 11 (1.4v), 6 (1.6v). How to solve this problem? Are R411 and R413 broken? Thank you!

Ordinary the -5V coil on the PCB has a broken leg. Re-solder it will help. Very close to power socket. Good luck!
