Help about Kenwood DPC-92

Hello Kaosun, I bought one broken DPC92, after fixing the FPC cable of laser pickup, now the laser pickup can work well on other set, but after I mounted it on this DPC92 back, it still can’t read TOC out. I can hear the focus sound(chirp) and the disc motor also rotates very fast, sled motor moves as well. I checked the FOK is high on cxd1081, may I know how to check next? I even replaced other laser pickup/cxd1081/1082/MC1715, but it’s still the same phenomenon. Thanks for your help in advance.

To confirm your laser is in working order, test it by another player like SONY D33.
Did you replace all caps in your DPC92? PCB cleaning is also needed.

Thank you, Kaosun. The pickup has been tried on other player(DPC-72) and it works well. Let me try to clean the board first.
