Dpc-R7 sound distorted

Dear Master Kaosund and others.
I have a DPC-R7 with the problem: the sound out put is some time good but some time distorded. can you please help and give me and advise please?

Update:
I already tried to repplace some leak caps with new ones and clean the PCB, same problem.



after that I remove 2caps in pin 8-10 of PCM66p (C506R and C506L) and attach 3.5 jack to pin 8-10 -and gnd to my speaker and same problem when play the Cd .
did my dac has a problem? please help to move on. Thanks

You should replace all DIP caps instead of "some". BTW, clean the PCB thoroughly by alcohol and try it.

Sure. Thanks Sir. I did it already and clean the pcb, some lines has been broken and now it works. Can i replace dpc R7 LCD(mine was ink defective) by other lcd from Sony discman( i have some of them)
