D250 Pick-up Problem?

Hi,

I am experiencing the following issues with my Sony Portable CD Player (model D250):

• When I connect the power to the Sony D250, the backlight on the bottom of the display turns on.
  
  
  
  The display shows no information, and the device automatically turns off after approximately 5-10 seconds. The spindle motor does not spin during this time.
• I already Checked the Gear, and changed the New parts Which was broken.
  
• I followed the pick-up check procedure outlined in the D250 Service Manual,
  but I do not see any light emitting from the lens.
• In this situation, should I replace the CD pick-up?
  Are there any further steps I should take to determine the exact cause of the problem?
  
  If the pick-up is indeed the issue, are there any solutions available?"

1: It's an electrical circuit issue, broken components should be located and replaced.
2: Good job, dont forget lubrication.
3: No laser beam might be power supply issue. Pls trace the source of the LD power.
4: It doesnt seem like a laser issue. When you hanlde the backlit issue, the laser probably will be back to normal. Yes, they are related.
