I have a sony Discman D350 needs a fully repair, here's its problem:
1. It cannot read the last track include 12th, 13, 14, 15 and so on.
2.the laser diode need replacement.
3. It cannot work with 2 AA size batteries.
4. The battery case's metal conjunction point was broken.5. Some CDs will skip and cannot play.
6. If you using Sony's original adapter, it wouldn't read the cd properly and the motor is keep spinning.
7. The 9v input connect port is poor of conduct.8. It has a little bit similar sound issue with the Seiko phx-51cdxp.
Last year I try my best to fix it, but still not effective, and it makes me going mad. So I desperate on this D350, please help me to fix all the problems that I described, and could you make the repair cost cheaper, please, thank you!

I have a D-35 Discman that skips when playing.  I've heard about people repairing the unit.  Does anyone know how to fix the skipping?  I've heard sometimes people repair the motor or maybe use WD-40?  Thanks!

Your main spindle motor should be replaced, lubrication is too late since both bearings inside of the motor have worn. Pls contact me by yixingu76201@gmail.com for repair.
