Due to lack of the service manual of your version, I cannot tell the detail of your issues.
According to the version we have:
1: Check the charging control chip: IC501. The pin 5 of the IC501 has the REF 1.2V original from IC404, pin 6 directly from battery voltage. If REF greater than battery b+, IC501 pin 7 outputs H to Darlington transistor Q501 to charge your battery. Once the battery B+ as high as the REF, the IC501 outputs L to turn off charging.
2: LED array: A: power supply +B comes from IC401 pin5 which is a power adapter regulator.
B: The control signal is form CPU IC201 pin 70, to control a dual transistor Q409. You should double check the control signal from CPU, Q409 and +B.
3: Pls double check the power supply of the driver chip LB8106 pin 25. |
