KaosunCD warranty includes:  3-month, 1 year, 3 year and 5 year warranty.


3-month warranty: every CD player repaired by KaosunCD is automatically covered by warranty for 3 months. Anything wrong found in previous repair can be repaired again with charge of free. Domestic and International sending and return shipping will be covered.

Warranty detail for repair parts:

Exterior parts are not covered, incluing: Front panel, upper lid, bottom lid, all key buttoms, upper lid EQ LCD, all external plastic parts.

Otherwise: laser, laser gears/belt, motherboard PCB, power PCB, all mechanical parts, electrical components, ICs, spindle motor, front LCD, power adapter, batteries upgraded by KaosunCD.

SONY:  D555, D10/T10, D15, D25, D35, D303, D515, D9/99, D88, D66, D4, D33, D22/20, D5, D55T, D7, D14, D50MKII and so on;

DENON: DCP-50(Audio upgraded by KaosunCD is covered as well), 100, 150

AIWA: P1, 50, XP3/33, XP6/7, XP66/77

JVC: XL-P50,P70, P90

1 year  warranty: First, the CD player accepts repair service of KaosunCD. Second, from the 4th month, warrants 1 year, total 15 months. $159

3-year  warranty: First, the CD player accepts repair service of KaosunCD. Second, from the 4th month, warrants 3 years, total 39 months. $369

5-year  warranty: First, the CD player accepts repair service of KaosunCD. Second, from the 4th month, warrants 5 years, total 63 months. $499

Annual maintainance included. Return shipping for domestic and international is not included.

Warranty are designed for each CD player, transactions of the CD players do not affect warranty. Warranty covers the specific CD player, not the owner.

Warranty to the specfic CD player will be recorded here online for inquiry. Warranty cannot be transferred from one CD player to another. Warranty cannot be cancelled/refund once sold.
