az6808 problem

kaosun老师你好，一台az6808，光头有光，循迹、聚焦都有动作，光盘能转，但读盘失败，不放盘观察光头，聚焦停止后光头依然有光，直至屏幕熄灭关机才熄灭，更换过循迹齿轮，排线断裂几条线路已经焊接上了，想请教一下kaosun老师，这种情况正常吗，如果不正常，要从哪里查找故障，谢谢


Hello, Teacher Kaosun. An Az6808 has light on its head, and there are actions for tracking and focusing. The disc can rotate, but it fails to read. It does not release the disc to observe the light head. After focusing stops, the light head still has light until the screen goes out and turns off. The tracking gear has been replaced, and several lines have been welded together. I would like to consult Teacher Kaosun. Is this normal? If it is not normal, where should we find the fault? Double check the laser flexible cable and repair the crack. Usually the laser needs to be re-build, including laser diode replacement and precise PD array alignment.
