Hello  Mr Kaosun, may I ask if the d-50mkii player does not rotate when powered on and the motor rotates to display 00 seconds before shutting down? When I opened the back cover of the machine, I found a piece of debris falling out. What is the problem? How should I fix it? thanks

Thank you for your reply. I have updated the photo in the topic post. When I was dismantling the machine, this piece of debris fell out. Now it is connected to the power and pressed the play button. The screen shows 00, the disc does not rotate, the laser head has no red light or any action, only the other motor has a sound of rotation

I noticed that the numbers on the D-50MKII display screen are a bit dark. Is it a malfunction? How do I do it? thanks

Oh, it belongs to the laser sliding assembly. If it's missing, the laser could not return home although sliding motor spins. Glue it back might repair it.

It's OK you use a transformer to lower Chinese 220V to 120V to power the adapter so that you get 9V for the D7. The issue of not moving of the sliding motor, pls check the belt of the motor, if everything is good, you'll check the +5V and -5V from the DC-DC power box on the PCB. Usually there's something burnt inside.

Okay thank you May I ask if the broken parts will not fit properly and cause the motor to spin when I stick them back together? I saw someone say that under normal circumstances when starting up, the motor will rotate and move the transmission rack to move the bald head Because it used to work normally before, but after being transported by express delivery, it has become the current situation. Because the transformer and power supply I used before were used normally on the D-50MKII, I am not sure if it will burn out the machine when used on the D7

Sure, you can glue the broken parts together to test. Power adapter is not an issue since it has already been verified by D50MKII.
