I received a SONY D515 for repair. Issue is reading fine but no sound.

I checked both earphone out and line out, neither has sound.

Voltage measurement of the DAC SM5870 indicates power supply is working fine but no sound.

The serial audio data outputs from DSP CXD2500 and enters ESP controller CXD2511, it should exit from pin25 DATAO but my oscilloscope didn't detect it. Since my oscilloscope sees the DATA input to the CXD2511 pin31 but didn't see at pin 25 DATAO, it means the signal lost inside of the CXD2511.

When the DATA inputs the ESP controller CXD2511, it'll be stored inside of the RAM MS51440 for about 6 seconds and finally outputs back to the CXD2511 and exits via pin25. So I believe there should be something wrong with the RAM chip. I measured power voltage of the RAM, OK. Hence I though the RAM might be dead. Unfortunately I couldn't find a same or similar RAM on my hand so I have to check again to see whether I ignored anything.

The chip of the CXD2511 has a very tiny package, the distance between pins is half of the ordinary package (0.5mm VS 1mm). So I suspect the RAm controller might lose communication with RAM due to bad soldering.  Therefore, I soldered again the whole RAM controller and the RAM. Then I tested the pin25 which is a DATAO of the CXD2511, it comes out!

I connect my earphones, it sounds so great!
