DPC-80 only show 00:0000 then disc cannot play

hi. Kaosun,

I had replace lower mother board  capacitor to 6.3V 47 uf, machine can turn on but display show 00:0000 then show disk, cannot read disc, then I had replace two more Elna 6.3v 100uf at main board,  result same, any hits to fix it? thanks.

You'll have to replace all DIP caps with capacity over 1uF. Then test initialing movement of the laser, lens focus? Red beam?

Thanks..Happy CNY! after year I found capacity to replace them all the to test..

Today I had change all Caps, but still no luck show 00:0000 then disc. laser head move and move cannot focus. no read beam.
